Please do not exit the Learning Environment until the video stops. This will ensure that you receive a green check mark next to the lecture segment. If this problem persists, please e-mail support@execonline.com and a member of the ExecOnline team will be able to check the functionality of your account and skip you ahead if need be.

In order to progress to the next Segment in the Module, you must watch the lecture segment in its entirety. A common error  is leaving the video right before it is over.
